When you purchase a design you only are purchasing the license to use the design on your embroidery machine and for no other purposes. Copying and sharing files is illegal, even when the design was purchased or free of charge. No person is authorized to copy or distribute any of the files, videos, or images found on this site. If you would like others to view something from this site, please send a page link. You are expressly prohibited from reselling these files in any way at any time on any platform or device.
Sharing these files with friends, family members, or with a company you have contracted to stitch for you, is prohibited. The one who is stitching must purchase their own instance of the file
Transforming these designs into anything other than what is provided in the original work, is a violation of copyright and not permitted. For example, changing embroidery designs to Vector (cuttable files), Photoshop brushes, printable images or, changing printable files to embroidery or clip art.
Converting to a format your machine can read is allowed since that is not changing the purpose of the original work. You may use embroidery software such as Embrilliance Essentials, Wilcom or other software to convert the format to one your machine can read.
Resizing is allowed but is not recommended due to the intricacy of these designs. These designs have been created for an optimal stitching experience on your home embroidery machine. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our designs. You will find explicit instructions in the file set, listing descriptions, blog and facebook group for each type of design. Please email info@designsbybabymoon.com if you require additional assistance in using these on your embroidery machine.
Delivery: All orders are delivered via instant download to your email and are held in your account on the website for as long as the website exists.
Due to the digital nature of these products, there are no refunds since files can not be exchanged or returned. This is the industry standard. Credit will be given only for duplicate purchases.
If the file has become corrupt, please go back to "My Orders" and download it again at no additional charge.
Mass manufacturing companies, factories, or brick and mortar shops with more than one retail location are not permitted to use these designs for production work without written permission. If you desire to use these files for such work you should contact info@designsbybabymoon.com for licensing requirements
For the hobbyist embroiderer or small home-based business crafter:
Selling of finished items is permitted for up to 500 pieces. After the 500 piece limit is reached, you should contact info@designsbybabymoon.com. Items created as gifts or personal use or samples do not count toward the 500 piece limit.
We work hard to provide original, high quality designs. Thank you for respecting our terms of use.
I understand these are digital files and are not tangible items. If purchasing a digital download, no file will be sent through mail. The only exception to these terms and conditions is the agreement that retail quilt shops have for ordering wholesale quantities for retail distribultion
I understand that due to the digital nature of these files, there are no refunds.
