REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT How to Download your Files from Paper Pattern Packs purchased at Retail Shops

The back inside cover of your pattern contains a Serial Number Code that you will need to use to download the embroidery file collection to your computer that comes with this product. 

  1. Open a web browser on your computer and type in www.designsbybabymoon.com/account.  The Login panel will appear.  
  2. Type in your email address and password to log in or create an account.  If you create a new account the system will send you an ACTIVATION email.  If you do not see this email in your email inbox within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk email folder. 
  3. Once your account is activated, type in the LINK on your Serial Number Code to your web browser address bar. This will take you to this product on the website. Click ADD TO CART to add it to your “cart” then click  CHECK OUT. 
  5. Add the Serial Number Code into the GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE box on the checkout screen. Then, click Continue to Payment - do not worry, there is no payment due since you already purchased the files, it’s just a button to push on the website. 
  6. At the bottom of the next screen click COMPLETE ORDER.  The system will display a message indicating success and you will receive the digital files by email as well as immediately in your online account.  
  7. When you are in your account, click the box on the right side of the screen that says “MY DOWNLOADABLE FILES” to see your files. 
  8. Click on the File Name to have the file download to your computer. 
  9. Unzip the file to extract the individual file formats. 
  10. Send the appropriate file to your embroidery machine to stitch out and enjoy!
