These designs are made completely in the hoop. Sew the design elements plus your added lettering out and before the last outline and tab step remove your hoop from the machine and add backing of your choice. I use inexpensive black blackboard vinyl for a sturdy feel but many people use craft felt, too!
Use High Quality Embroidery Vinyl or Decorative upholstery vinyl like the ones shown in my example photos, cork fabric, leather, or even wool felt!
You will love how my designs minimize pesky jump threads and stitch in a logical order that both conserves thread and enables your machine to stitch cleanly, even if you have to manually trim jump threads.
