These wonderful new Corner Bookmarks are the start of an adorable new collection at Designs by Babymoon! They stitch up super fast in a 4x4 hoop and only take two 3 inch squares of vinyl or leather or wool felt. Here are the simple instructions, which are also listed on each page on the website for these adorable designs.
- First, run the placement stitch to show what area will need to be covered with material.
- Run the design elements, like any face details or fill stitches.
- Run the top of the head, which is the curve that might have ears, horns, feathers, or other shaped features.
- Float a piece of material on the back of your hoop, with the good side facing down to the bottom of your machine when it is rehooped. Then stitch the last step, which makes the CORNER pocket to slide your book page into!
- Trim around the whole thing, including over the shaped areas and you now have a super cool little corner bookmark!
- That's it! Isn't that easy!
